Clinical case photos
- Adolescent female: CLI dental/skeletal, Bimaxillary dento-alveolar protrusion; Extraction of 14, 24, 34, 44; Space closure by maximum anchorage.
- Case: dental age 11.5; CLII div 1, non-extraction; “Growth Modification” to create “differential growth”.
- Adult, non-extraction case: Beginning
- Beginning, boy
- Adult male: Orthodontics combined with Periodontics, Prosthetics and implants
- Case: CLII div I; age 12; case treated with the SWA, wires and CLII elastics
- Extraction Case: Adult, Severe CLII Skeletal with crowding, overjet and deep bite; “CLII Camouflage treatment”
- Severe crowding with protrusion; CLII skeletal/Dental; Vertical maxillary excess; lip incompetence; maxillary prognathism; narrow collapsed arch forms.
- Case: CLIII skeletal with Anterior open bite, tongue thrust; case requires extraction of 2 teeth on mandible; this case is treated similar to most cases using only the Brackets, wires and intraoral elastics.
- Case: Boy, Age 12, Dental age 11.5, CLII div I Overjet = 15mm Overbite = 6mm Soft tissue dysfunctions following thumb sucking habit.
- Case: CLII with anterior open bite, unilateral X-bite; mandibular shift to the right ; Maxillary: lack of 14 mm of space for the cuspids
- Case: Anterior and posterior open-bite, severe dysfunctional soft tissue habits, CLII overjet of 10mm
- Adolescent girl, age 13; CLIII skeletal & dental; Severe crowding; Posterior and anterior cross-bites; “Peg laterals”; Bimaxillary dental alveolar protrusion.
- Case: Boy 11 years old ; CLII div I vertical growth pattern; MPA = 46°; missing mandibular right 1st molar.
- Extraction case: Severe CLII skeletal, crowding, asymmetrical missing teeth, large poorly shaped restorations, root canals, etc. All extraction cases are treated using “sliding mechanics” combined with the sound anchorage systems.
- Extraction Case: Adolescent Boy 13 years old: CLI Bi-maxillary Dento-alveolar protrusion with lip incompetence. Treatment is extraction of 4 premolars and reciprocal “en masse” space closure using 200 gram NiTi closed-coil springs to reduce the bi-maxilla
- Case: female, dental age 10 years ; Severe CLII dental and skeletal malocclusion with anterior open-bite tendency and 13 mm overjet. Various soft tissue dysfunctional habits.
- Case: Boy aged 11 years ; CLIII dental and skeletal – “a functional problem”
